As CEO/Managing Member of P.A. Commercial, Matt has established himself as a true industry leader in commercial real estate. With over a decade of experience at the firm, he is widely recognized for his exceptional leadership skills, ability to mentor new team members, and implementing new processes that have resulted in exponential growth for the company.
Matt’s extensive knowledge of virtually every aspect of commercial real estate has made him a top producer in office transactions, earning him multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards. He is respected by both clients and associates for his sharp negotiating skills, can-do attitude, and outgoing personality.
As CEO, Matt is responsible for guiding the company’s financial and cultural growth, while also expanding the breadth of services offered to clients. Under his leadership, P.A. Commercial has become a major player in the commercial real estate brokerage industry, with a 25% expansion of the brokerage team.
Possessing strong community ties and a diverse network of relationships with national scope, Matt has a proven track record with owner representation, tenant representation, sales, and leasing. His negotiation skills are second to none, and he has been instrumental in closing deals in office, flex, and new construction projects. Additionally, his background in commercial construction management allows him to advise clients on build-out opportunities, resulting in significant savings of time and capital.
